**REBORN KINGS FORGE – TERMS OF SERVICE**
**Effective: November 29, 2025**
**1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS**
By placing an order with Reborn Kings Forge ("Forge", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and Reborn Kings Forge.
**2. CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS**
All products are **custom-made to your specifications** and are **final sale** under federal law (16 CFR § 323.2).
**3. ORDER PROCESS & PAYMENT**
3.1 **50% Non-Refundable Deposit** secures production and reserves your limited edition piece (#__ of 25).
3.2 **Balance Payment** due after your final approval (Day 45).
3.3 Production begins immediately upon deposit receipt.
3.4 All payments processed via Stripe. No chargebacks permitted.
**4. THREE-APPROVAL PROCESS**
You must approve at three stages:
- **Day 7:** Diamond selection photos
- **Day 21:** Work-in-progress photos
- **Day 45:** Final photos/video
**Failure to respond within 48 hours = automatic approval.**
**5. NO RETURNS. NO REFUNDS.**
5.1 Custom-made products are **non-returnable** and **non-refundable**.
5.2 **30-day exchange** permitted for same value only.
5.3 **Lifetime repairs** provided free of charge (normal wear).
**6. PRODUCTION TIMELINE**
6.1 **8-12 weeks** from deposit to delivery.
6.2 Delays due to material availability, customs, or force majeure extend timeline proportionally.
6.3 **No refunds for delays** – your piece remains reserved.
**7. LIMITED EDITION**
7.1 Each design limited to **25 pieces worldwide**.
7.2 Once #25 ships, design files archived permanently.
7.3 Your serialized piece (#__ of 25) is unique and non-reproducible.
**8. RENDER DISCLAIMER**
8.1 All images are **artist's conceptual renders**.
8.2 Final pieces **100% match design** but vary in:
- Individual diamond characteristics
- Hand-crafted finishing
- Natural lighting variations
8.3 **Final photos provided** for your approval before balance due.
**9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY**
9.1 Fully insured FedEx Priority with signature required.
9.2 **Customer responsible** for import duties/taxes.
9.3 **Risk transfers** upon delivery to carrier.
9.4 Lost/damaged packages replaced at no cost (with police report).
**10. WARRANTY**
10.1 **Lifetime manufacturing warranty** – free repairs for defects.
10.2 **Exclusions:** Loss, misuse, intentional damage.
10.3 Professional appraisal certificate included ($22k–$55k value).
**11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY**
11.1 All designs © Reborn Kings Forge.
11.2 Customer granted personal use only – no reproduction.
11.3 Unauthorized copying = legal action.
**12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY**
12.1 Maximum liability = deposit amount paid.
12.2 **No consequential damages** (lost profits, etc.).
12.3 Forge not liable for delays beyond reasonable control.
**13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION**
13.1 Governed by laws of [Your State], USA.
13.2 **Binding arbitration** in [Your City] – no class actions.
13.3 Customer waives right to jury trial.
**14. CHANGES TO TERMS**
We may update Terms. Continued use = acceptance.
